Cost for transportation and handling for credit cardholders and none cardholders:

• The chargeable weight is the actual gross weight or volume weight, whichever is higher. Volume weight (166 cub. inches = 1 lbs)
• 5% administration fee (value of goods + inland shipping + tax) applicable for none credit cardholders
